The mesh-belt Schisandra dryer consists of a feed conveyor, a material distributor, a moisture removal port, a heat source, an electrical control system, an air intake system, an inspection door, a main unit, and a discharge conveyor. Working Principle of the Mesh-Belt Schisandra Dryer

The schisandra berries are evenly distributed on the mesh belt by a loading conveyor and a material distribution mechanism, transported to the upper mesh belt of the drying chamber. They then freely fall onto the lower mesh belt, where they are turned over. They then pass through a closed-draft device and reach the discharge conveyor. While the mesh belt is running, a high-powered hot air blower at the rear blows air into the air silo below the main drying chamber. This air flows through the layers of mesh belt, carrying moisture from the schisandra berries to the top dehumidification outlet, effectively drying the schisandra berries.
