The
mesh-belt chili dryer uses hot air as the drying medium. The material is transported by multi-layered stainless steel mesh belts, which convey the hot air from the bottom layer to the top layer. Finally, the moisture is discharged from the top of the dryer. The dried material is discharged via a discharge conveyor.
Heat sources include electricity, gas, diesel, wood, biomass, and boilers. Choose the most convenient and economical option. The entire unit's shutoff, hot air volume, mesh belt speed, and drying chamber temperature level can all be adjusted via an electronic control system, enabling continuous production, improving efficiency, reducing labor intensity, and lowering labor costs. Large-capacity mesh-belt chili dryers can produce from several thousand tons to several tons per hour, depending on the moisture content of the material. The agricultural and sideline product harvest season is also our peak season for dryer shipments. Since many materials require drying, we recommend customers check and place orders several months before harvest to avoid delays.
