Equipped with independent frequency-adjustable transmission components (0.5~5m/min), the equipment ensures uniform distribution of red date materials and precise control of drying duration. Its core multi-stage temperature control system (45~85℃) and hot air circulation technology achieve uniform air penetration, maintaining temperature stability within ±2℃ to effectively avoid nutritional loss.

The equipment’s prominent advantages lie in its superior nutritional retention and energy efficiency. It retains over 90% of red date polysaccharides and preserves their bright red hue, with a product qualification rate reaching 98%. Meanwhile, it ensures that dried red dates meet the national standard, with a moisture content of 15~22% and a dry-based total sugar content of ≥75%. Compared with traditional drying methods, the heat pump-type dryer achieves 40% energy savings, reducing annual operating costs by more than 300,000 RMB for equipment with a 2000kg/h processing capacity. Having been successfully piloted in key red date producing regions such as Xinjiang and Shaanxi, the dryer boasts a processing capacity of 500~3000kg/h for fresh red dates.
