At the production site, the Coconut Husk Fiber Extractor operates at full capacity. Raw materials enter the equipment through the feed inlet, and are efficiently decomposed into uniform, soft coconut fibers via internal spiral conveying and precise cutting. These fibers can be directly used in mattresses, automotive interiors, horticultural substrates and other fields, transforming waste coconut husks into high-value-added products. Equipped with a drum screening device, the machine simultaneously achieves fiber classification and impurity separation, further improving product quality and production efficiency.


According to the technical director, the equipment features a modular design, with core components made of wear-resistant alloy materials. A single unit can process 0.5~3 tons per hour, representing a 40% increase in efficiency compared to traditional processes. It’s fully enclosed structure and low-noise design minimize dust and noise pollution, complying with modern industrial environmental standards.
