​Recently, the mesh belt dryer delivered by our company was successfully put into operation at the processing site of a ginger-planting farmer in Xingren, Guizhou. It has effectively solved the farmer's ginger drying problems and helped increase the added value of agricultural products. The farmer in Xingren has a considerable scale of ginger planting and produces high-quality ginger. However, previously, ginger drying was completely dependent on natural sun drying, which was greatly affected by weather conditions. Not only was the drying cycle long and efficiency low, but ginger was also prone to mildew and uneven coloration in rainy weather, resulting in low selling prices. To solve this dilemma, the farmer conducted in-depth investigations and finally chose to introduce our company's efficient and stable mesh belt dryer equipment.

This equipment is customized specifically for farmers' ginger processing. It adopts a multi-layer mesh belt conveying structure, combined with a precise temperature control and hot air circulation system, which is suitable for small-scale continuous operations by farmers. After cleaning and slicing, fresh ginger is evenly spread on the mesh belt. The entire drying process is automatic without manual supervision, which not only retains the original flavor of ginger but also shortens the drying cycle to 1/3 of that of traditional sun drying. It can process about 2 tons of ginger per day, fully meeting the farmer's daily processing needs.

After the equipment was put into use, the farmer said: "With this dryer, we no longer have to rely on the weather. The dried ginger slices have a good appearance and meet the standard moisture content, and the purchase price can be a few cents higher per catty."
