Angelica Dahurica dryers utilize intelligent control systems and remote control, resulting in energy-saving, environmentally friendly, efficient operation, and significantly reduced operating costs.
Angelica Dahurica Dryer Drying Process
First Drying: Set the heat pump dryer to approximately 80°C. After 4-6 hours, turn the dryer over and over to gradually release the fine roots.
Second Drying: Dry at 60-70°C until 80% dry. Remove the dryer and stack it for 6-7 days to allow the moisture to escape and the outer skin to soften.
Third Drying: Dry at 50-60°C.
Note: When drying, the key is to control the temperature to achieve the desired dryness and moisture content of the Angelica Dahurica. The quality of the Angelica Dahurica depends on the proper control of the drying temperature. Drying too quickly at too high a temperature can easily lead to blistering and scorching. Drying at too low a temperature for too long can also cause the Angelica Dahurica to become oily, stale, and moldy.
