How to set the temperature in a chili pepper dryer?

A dryer is essential equipment for chili processing. When we talk about drying, we often think of hot air drying. Therefore, the hot air temperature is crucial to the quality of the dried chili peppers. This is because the nutrients in chili peppers are easily lost and destroyed at high temperatures. If the temperature is too low, drying efficiency will be reduced, and the drying time will be prolonged. Simply put, the drying temperature determines the appearance of the chili peppers. Fresh chili peppers have a high moisture content, generally ranging from 75% to 85%. When drying chili peppers in chili drying equipment, we set the temperature between 40°C and 60°C. Our experiments have shown that drying within this temperature range ensures a good appearance and minimizes nutrient loss.
