Dehydrated Vegetable Project in Vietnam

The main varieties of dehydrated vegetables in the project are carrots,cabbage and ginger.

Dehydrated vegetable production lines have cleaning → cut off → drift cooling → drying a few processes,
the main equipment include: brush cleaning machine, multi-functional slices, dicing machine, drift hot cooker, bubble cleaning machine, mesh belt dry machine.
