Unlike conventional electric or fuel-fired dryers, the Heat Pump Dryer adopts advanced heat recovery technology, achieving an energy efficiency ratio (COP) of up to 4.0—meaning it consumes only 25% of the energy of electric heating dryers. Equipped with an intelligent AI temperature and humidity control system, it enables precise regulation of drying parameters (temperature range: 35-70℃) to maintain the nutritional value and quality of materials. On-site tests show the dryer achieves a uniform drying rate of over 98%, with significantly reduced material loss. In terms of usability and safety, the Heat Pump Dryer features a user-friendly touchscreen interface for one-click operation and remote monitoring, reducing the need for manual supervision. All material-contact parts are made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, complying with international food safety standards.
